3. Products & Orders

All products listed on Ongkons are sourced from third-party suppliers (including CJ Dropshipping). Product availability, pricing, and shipping times may change without notice. Ongkons is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.

4. Rewards & Commissions

• Reward points are earned on eligible purchases and through your referral network.
• Points have no cash value until the minimum cashout threshold is met.
• Ongkons reserves the right to modify the reward structure at any time.
• Fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all points and commissions.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are subject to supplier return policies. Contact us at info@ongkons.com within 30 days of purchase for refund inquiries.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ongkons is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
